Return Policy

We take great care in packaging our ceramics to ensure they arrive safely. However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will be happy to offer a replacement or a refund.

Please note:

Due to the handmade nature of our ceramics, slight variations in shape, size, and glaze are to be expected and are not considered defects.
We do not accept returns for change of mind.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
